Bruschetta

Make sure to double, triple, etc. based on how much bread you use. Or just add ingredients to your liking. The key is lots of garlic and lots of cheese.

Steps

  1. Combine the garlic and olive oil and spread over bread.
  2. Toast in oven until golden brown or to your liking.
  3. Throw on the cheese, then basil, then tomato and onion.
